Hi, I'm Alina Sipp-Alpers
I find the people who move our power-building forward.
I don't work with everyone — and that's intentional. My clients are the unions, worker centers, community organizations, and coalitions doing the real work of building power from the ground up.
My clients are on the frontlines, fighting for their members, volunteers, and communities every day, and I couldn't be prouder to work with them, as a recruiter and an organizer.
I'm not a traditional agency recruiter — and that's the point.
I am an organizer of almost a decade, and a recruiter of almost 5 years.
I’m passionate about organizing working class folks, and creating equitable hiring processes that are experiences as positive as possible for both hiring employers and job seekers. I truly believe that our movement can’t exist without strong hiring practices that center the folks involved in them.
I’ve worked with organizations across the issue area spectrum, from labor to immigrant justice, prison abolition to abortion access, racial justice to gender justice, and everything in between. I love working with all kinds of clients, folks with 5 staff or hundreds, and all job types and seniorities.
